What does a home inspection include?
A checklist built around your home's rooms and systems, from entries and appliances to boilers, alarms and spas. Every item is marked Pass, Monitor or Action Needed, with photos, and the report arrives in your app as a PDF.
How often do you visit?
Most owners choose weekly walkthroughs; some prefer every other week or monthly. We set the schedule and weekday with you, and we pause routine inspections automatically while you're staying in the home.
How do I ask for something?
Use the app, call, text or email. Every request gets a written confirmation you can follow start to finish.
Can you get the house ready before we arrive?
Yes. One trip request covers cleaning before and after, groceries from your list, and a ride from the airport.
Who handles repairs?
We coordinate trusted specialists. You approve quotes in the app and get photos and notes when the work is done.
How is pricing structured?
Plans are built around your home and how often you'd like us there. After a walkthrough, we'll propose one.
Which areas do you serve?
Homes throughout greater Park City, including Deer Valley, Old Town, Canyons Village, The Colony and the Snyderville Basin. Ski-in/ski-out homes are our specialty.
